Delivery and Shipping Policy

1. Delivery charges:

1.1 Delivery charges: Delivery charges shall be applied over and above List prices. Delivery charges vary with each Seller's Shipping Policy, place of order, place of delivery, weight and volume of the product.

1.2 Hidden costs/taxes. There are no hidden charges when you make a purchase on digin. List prices are final and all inclusive. The price you see on checkout is exactly what you would pay.

1.3 Estimated delivery time. Sellers generally procure and ship the items within the time specified on order confirmation communication. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Estimated delivery time is dependent on the following factors The Seller offering the product, product's availability with the Seller,the destination to which you want the order shipped to and geographical location of the Seller.

1.4 Estimated delivery time varies from Seller to Seller: Delivery times depend on product availability, geographic location of the Seller, shipping destination and logistics partner.

1.5 Sometimes delivery date fail to match with delivery timeline mentioned :It is possible that the Seller or digin logistics partners have a holiday between your order date and the estimated delivery date based on the timelines shown on the product page. In this case, we add a day to the estimated date. Some logistics partners and Sellers do not work on Sundays and this is factored in to the delivery dates.

1.6 Cannot ship to certain area: Whether your location can be serviced or not depends on • If the Seller ships to your location • Legal restrictions, if any, on shipping particular products to your location • The availability of reliable logistics partners in your location.

1.7 Internationaldelivery: digin delivers items internationally under the applicable international logistics terms and conditions subject to Sellers shipping policy and Logistics availability.

2. Logistics:

2.1 Delivery process : All deliveries are done through Seller or Logistics Partner. You will be informed when the Seller ships your consignment and will also be provided a tracking number.

2.2 In-transit products insure : Only electronic items are insured against theft and damages incurred during transit.

2.3 Tracking delivery : All orders are tracked through digin tracker. If order is divided between multiple Sellers then each Seller's order will have separate tracking ID which will be sent by email once order is shipped.

3.Cancellations & Returns:

3.1 Cancellation policy : Once the order is shipped by Seller then the order cannot be cancelled.

3.2 Return/Refund policy: Once the Order is accepted or shipped by Seller then the Shipping Charges will not be returned/refunded. Once the order is delivered the order will not be returned. Alternatively, there can be specific Return/Refund Policy by the respective Vendor/Seller for the respective Product which the Buyer can check before Order placement. If there is any refund policy by vendor then refund will be done in 21 days of refund request raised.
